Microsoft Expression Blend (formerly Expression Interactive Designer) helps you create streamlined, innovative and just plain beautiful applications. Users experience increased satisfaction, while you develop in a flexible, productive environment. Create engaging, cinematic user interfaces with a rich design environment that combines multiple media elements including vectors, pixel images, 3D content, video & audio, high quality text, and animation. Contextualize content by applying custom styles and layout to optimize the experience. Drive seamless collaboration with developers using Visual Studio and maximize the integrity of designs by sharing the common WinFX platform during prototype, design, and development stages of building advanced UI and applications. Deliver exciting next generation user experiences that leverage the full capabilities of the Windows platform to provide greater overall performance, improved usability, and increased customer satisfaction.
Installing on Windows Vista:
Download and install Expression Blend.
When prompted to enter a product key, just click the Continue button for a 30-day trial from the first installation of Beta 1, or if you want to enable the 180-day license, please enter the product key as follows: YCQGP-CFRGF-933KK-P6YKC-YFHMP.
Download and install Visual Studio 2005 Express (Visual Basic or C#).
Installing on Windows XP SP2:
Uninstall all previous versions of Windows Presentation Foundation, Windows Communication Foundation, MSXML 6.0 and SDK, and Expression Blend (or Interactive Designer) using Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel.
Please be sure to install .NET Framework 3.0 first before attempting to install Expression Blend.
Download and install Expression Blend.
